Christian was an amazing realtor! I started working with him back in February 2026 and he was so willing to help. I didn't like in Georgia/South Carolina at the time, so he had to go tour homes I was interested in while on FT with me or taking videos. He was very detailed in his videos, pointed out things I wouldn't notice while on a video call; smells, chipped paint, or areas that might cause concern etc. I was able to visit in person in March and we had a house under contract within the week that I was there. While the closing process had some stress, none of it was his fault and he was extremely communicative during that process. He went above and beyond while getting answers for me, giving me updates and reaching out to make sure I didn't need anything. I can't say how impressed I was with him, and if I ever need to sell my house and buy a new one in the area, he would be the first person I call!!

We knew the implications of selling a home so soon after purchasing (4 years). Christian helped tremendously with being the eyes and ears for us! We moved out of state before listing. Christian was the backbone of this sale. OVER ASKING PRICE!!! Christian, Matt and the contractors really did us well with getting everything done for us and getting our home sold. If you are ever moving to the CSRA, I highly recommend Christian for buying and selling. He communicated, updated, shared advice and experiences. Explained things over to me that I just could not understand at times. The photos and unique approach to listing and catching up on trends, advertising, etc. really set us up for success! Christian is one of the best realtors in the CSRA! From our first phone call all the way through closing, he’s been a joy to work with. Super knowledgeable of the area, helpful with the home search, and all of our viewings were a great time (even when the homes weren’t) Would recommend to anyone to go with Christian if you’re buying or selling in the area!

If I could give ten stars I would! I tried to buy a house a few years ago but dealing with the agent I had and the mortgage company it was not a great experience at all. By a random chance Christian showed up on my FYP on TikTok! After a short conversation he understood my concerns and he put my mind at ease. Christian not only went above and beyond but, He was there every step of the way helping me keep my mind at ease and making the process of buying a home as stress less as possible.
